Do you (or Betsy) know if the Post-it products have to be the ones pictured on the form? It does say to send in ‘qualifying’ package UPCs.

I got these coupons as well. I had signed up as I use a lot of their olive oil. I received the coupon for one free product, and a coupon for $1.00 off any item.
