If you are struggling financially and feeling no way out, I would strongly encourage you to invest the money to purchase some of these materials. If you are doing pretty well financially but feel like you are not making the traction you'd like to be, you will really find these materials beneficial. We have personally saved a few thousand dollars extra each year, thanks to Dave Ramsey–and we were already frugal zealots before we'd even heard of him!

If you're more of a visual learner like me, be sure to check out Dumping Debt, Cash-Flow Planning, and The Great Misunderstanding (this is hands-down, our very favorite DVD from Dave!). My husband also has found the Personal Finance Software to be very helpful.

If you are busy mom, I really recommend The Total Money Makeover on CD. It is only three hours to listen to while doing the dishes, laundry, etc, and I think that Dave reading it is even more motivational!

I wholeheartedly recommend Dave Ramsey. My husband and I alway felt we weren’t in debt (except the mortgage) because we paid our one credit card (used it for the airline miles) in full every month. We stopped using the credit card completely, its funny how we now are putting over 20% of our GROSS income into retirement funds etc… and still have at least $500 left over at the end of the month. AMAZING. We bought 5 copies of Dave’s Total Money Makeover last year with this sale and gave them to family members as Christmas presents. The good news is that 1 of the copies, given to my 19 y/o nephew is the one that is being used. He wants to avoid getting into debt in the first place!!!
