Being a big fan of New York Style Bagel Crisps, I was excited to have the opportunity to try out their new Focaccia Sticks recently. Available in a variety of three flavors–Roasted Garlic and Herb, Rosemary and Sea Salt, and Quattro Formaggio–this Focaccia Sticks pack a punch when it comes to crunch!
If you like eating croutons out of the bag, you'll love these. I personally thought the Quattro Formaggio flavor was the best (is that any surprise since I love cheese?) and found the Roasted Garlic and Herb to be fairly good while the Rosemary and Sea Salt just tasted odd to me. Perhaps that's because rosemary is not a favorite herb of mine?
We shared some of these with our extended family and many of them loved them. I'd wager to guess that if crunchy is your thing, these will hit the spot for you!

Wow, these look great! I am a big fan of Stacy’s Pita Chips and even tried making my own with pita bread, olive oil, garlic salt and parm cheese. Baked at 375 degrees until desired crispiness. They were great right out of the oven and cheaper too.

Ok, I thought I was the only one who ate croutons out of the bag or box by themselves…well, me and my kids anyway!! Too funny. I also love to eat the stovetop stuffing mix out of the canister before making it. Weird, I know!! These would be SO good, especially the cheese and and garlic herb. I think I might be like you with the rosemary,it’s not one of my favorites either but I do like it in moderation!!
