Crest toothpaste is on sale for $1.99 this week at Walgreens. Use the $1/1 coupon from the 09/28 insert (not all areas got this coupon) plus stack with the $1/1 coupon in the October EasySaver catalog and you’ve got yourself some free toothpaste!
Note: I had posted this deal in the original deals list, but there was some confusion as to whether the coupon was for the correct size. Mercedes double-checked for me and the toothpaste that is on sale is 6.4 oz. and the coupon states that it is good on any Crest toothpaste 4.1 oz. or larger. Thanks, Mercedes!

More Freebies!! Thank you!
I tried this deal today and struck out! The lady wouldn’t adjust my crest coupon down to .99, I told her to take it off. I can’t pay .99 for toothpaste
I may try again tomorrow and see if I have any success!

Money Saving Mom here: Tina, my advice is to always give the manufacturer’s coupon first, then the Walgreen’s coupon. It seems that usually the computer will take it this way without any beeps or difficulties this way.
I got three of these today without any problem. My store had some that had a free travel size attached, so look for those.
I’ve done the Crest deal twice this week with no problems. Just make sure you have a filler item for the multiple coupons on the one item! Number of items needs to be equal to or greater than number of coupons. There is also an OralB Indicator toothbrush on sale for $1.99. Use the $1 off coupon from P&G. Use the $1 off coupon from the Easy Saver Booklet. Free toothbrush.
The coupon I got was for the same size, but not the same type. It was only for the “higher-end” whitening pastes: Vivid White, Whitening with Scope, etc. Not sure if it was just my area.
I tried this deal and was told that only one coupon could be used at a time for this particular deal . . . maybe I’ll try it again.
In response to Laura and K.M. You might want to double check on the multiple coupon issue. Since one is a Walgreens coupon and one is a manufacturer’s coupon you should not have any trouble using the two coupons on the one item without having to purchase any filler. I just finished contacting corporate and they stressed that only one manufacturer’s coupon could be used at a time, but an easy saver coupon is not a manufacturer’s coupon.
Has anyone tried to do this deal with the Kids Crest?
Just curious. My daughter prefers the Kids Crest and I would love to stock up on this.

Like another poster, I only got coupons for the higher-end Crest toothpastes so watch out for that….
At one Wags I went to the cashier told me I couldn’t use a manufacturer’s coupon AND a Wags coupon on a product that was on sale. The manager backed her up and told me if she let me use both then I would be getting them for free. That’s the point! I just went to another Wags and that cashier happily scanned away so I got my free Crest and free with overage Pert Plus!
My area also received the P&G Crest coupons good only for the higher end toothpastes, which are not part of the Walgreens sale.
Most Walgreen’s coupons say that they are manufacturer’s coupons. How are you able to use 2 of these on the same item?
i had 2 $1 off coupons and 2 coupons for $1 off 2 so combined with the easy saver coupons, I got 6 tubes (each with a trial size tube attached ) for $1. and 2 free crest toothbrushes. Also, the visine is $4.49 so with the coupon for $2 off and the coupon in the sales flyer for $2 off, makes it 50 cents. Also, palmolive was on sale for 89 cents with recent 25 cent coupons in the paper, makes them pretty cheap too.
Worked for me.

The coupon I received in the PG insert said something like “Good for ANY CREST PASTE 4.1 oz or larger OR…” and then it launched into a list of the higher end kinds. Kind of sneaky on Crest’s part, but the verbage covered *all* Crest pastes. No beeps on the register either.
BONUS: My WAGs had the Anti-cavity paste with travel whitening paste inside an attached cardboard tube. Inside there were also coupons, including one for $1/1 Cross-action toothbrushes. The Oral-B Cross-action is still $4.49 & $4.50 RR… so I rushed right down and bought more with my great new coupons!
