KMart: Free Max Factor make up this week

KMart has Max Factor make up on sale B1G1 this week. Buy 2 lip products or face products and use one B1G1 coupon from the 09/07 or 10/19 RedPlum insert and get both free.

10 Vaishali October 24, 2008 at 12:25 pm: I visited the Kmart at Marietta and the cashier wouldnt accept the coupon.When I called the customer service,I was connected to the store manager and he said that I can neither use the B1G1 nor the $2 off products coupons as they already have the item on sale as B1G1.Is there anything more that I can do about this?

Money Saving Mom here: The store manager was definitely mistaken as you certainly can use a coupon in conjunction with a sale–the store is reimbursed for the full value of the coupon plus some. I’d contact customer service again and ask to speak with someone at KMart corporate headquarters who understands the KMart corporate coupon policy.

Money Saving Mom here: I don’t know who is telling you this, but that is certainly not true. Stores can limit the usage of coupons in certain instances, but unless they are not taking coupons across the board, they cannot refuse to accept coupons when an item is on sale. Apparently the folks in customer service misunderstand coupon usage and the fact that they get paid back for all coupons redeemed.
