Keep an eye out for the $2 off any Colgate Toothbrush CRT to combine with the Colgate MaxFresh Monthly deal.

Ramie October 21, 2008 at 1:03 pm

I went to CVS today and bought 3 packs of Huggies Pull Ups and one tube of Colgate toothpaste with mouthwash beads. Used 3/$2 off coupons from recent Huggies mailings. Paid $29.27 and got $12 in ECBs. With that $12, I got another pack of Pull Ups, and a tube of Loreal Hair Gel ($2.99). Paid $0.98 on that transaction.

Total spent was $30.25, and I got 100 Pull Ups, toothpaste and hair gel. At Target, a box of 52 Pull Ups is $24.99…….so I think I did awesome, for my first CVS’ing experience!

And I won’t have to buy PullUps for awhile! YAY!

Welcome back! I understand that fleas are very difficult to get rid of. Hope they are out of your life as of today, though.

Kristina October 21, 2008 at 2:09 pm

The GUM Tech Plus 2 pack toothbrushes rung up $1.25 at my local CVS and still printed out a $3.99 ECB coupon. So be on the look out for that one!

Lee Scott October 21, 2008 at 2:31 pm

The colgate was 3.29, if you use 2 1.50 coupons both cost you .29. Also there was a refund offer in my coupons this week for the excedrin rapid releases. So you actually make 2.01 on this deal. Not sure if it was regional!

If you’re in need of cleaning supplies, the windex/scrubbing bubbles/fantastik deal is pretty good. They’re on sale 2/$5, use some of the $2 off coupons from Right@Home and you’ve got cleaning supplies for as low as 50 cents!

Here is a great deal I wanted to share:

Nature Made Vitamins are BOGO and range in price from 9.29 on up. I went to the in-store kiosk which was printing out a coupon for $4 off of a $20 vitamin purchase. I chose 2 bottles of vitamins (one for 9.99 and one for 10.49) and before the BOGO kicked in, it was reduced to 16.48. Minus the BOGO price of 9.99 brought it to 6.49. Minus two Nature Made coupons (one for Softgels and one for any vitamin) from the paper for $1.00 each brought it down to over $20 work of vitamins for 4.49! I am thrilled!

On that Colgate Max deal… the monthly ad had it as limit 2; it’s also in the weekly ad as limit 2; but the sign on the shelf at our store said limit 6 :) That’s a nice bonus for those of us with the right coupons.

I liked the deal for L’Oreal Skin Genesis – Buy 1 pack of cleansing towelettes for $6.99 and get a tube of cleanser FREE – used $3/2 coupon for L’Oreal cleansers plus the items each came with CVS/manufacturer’s coupons attached to the packages for an additional $1 off each!
$1.99 after coupons.

Katherine October 21, 2008 at 5:52 pm

I was able to get the $2 off Men’s hair color coupon (I registered and was able to print it), but I can’t get the rebate form. I click on the link that you provided, but it takes me to the same page to register. When I fill in the same info, it’s says that I’m already registered and doesn’t let me print out anything else. Is the rebate form really at that link? Do I need to register as someone else to access it? Thanks!

lynn October 21, 2008 at 9:02 pm

where do you find the CVS reinventing beauty book? I asked an employee and they had NO idea what I was even talking about.

Thanks!

michelle phelps October 22, 2008 at 4:47 am

I can’t find the rebate form on Just for Men either… is something wrong?

CT October 22, 2008 at 11:27 am

I have checked my area for the Sure Max and Sure with Natural Extracts for the buy $10 and get $5 ecbs. They don’t have them here. I tried Target too. (I have mail in rebates for these and was hoping to not pay a thing:)

Michael October 22, 2008 at 4:21 pm

I think there’s a CVS giveaway listed here. If not, you can enter yours if you’re having one. I hope this is allowed.

Beth October 22, 2008 at 4:35 pm

How long does it take for the CVT’s to start printing. I’ve been at the CVS thing since august and still nothing other than the ecb deals I plan ever print out.

Also, How do you go about transfering a perscription? I’ve never done it before.

Lucia October 22, 2008 at 7:07 pm

At the CVS I went to today they had the 500 ml Listerine Agent mouthwash (?) on sale for 4.49 printing $3 ECBs. Combined with the 50 cent coupon from the newspaper and a $1 off Listerine coupon from the Diabetes Awareness Month booklet I picked up at the pharmacy, this was free. I think there is also a $1 Listerine coupon that would work with this.

Angie Lawry October 22, 2008 at 7:59 pm

My CVS store also does not seem to have the reinventing beauty book. The cashier said that only certain stores are getting them and they are not one. I’ll have to check around and see which ones carry them. I got turned on to CVS-ing in late August, and so far, I believe I have spent around $20 out of pocket and “purchased” about $100 worth of stuff. Excellent deals for those who are diligent enough to play the game! Thanks for a great site!

coupon codes October 22, 2008 at 8:53 pm

Thanks for this information, this is a great resource and some huge money saving tips! A friend told me some of these can be doubled, is that true?

Penny October 22, 2008 at 9:30 pm

I am new at this and your website is great!

Vaishali October 23, 2008 at 9:29 am

Hi Crystal,
I had a question about the Colgate Total toothpaste.I was in a cvs store yesterday and saw that the cheapest Colgate Total toothpaste is priced at 2.79.I have a $1 coupon which makes it 1.79.Can I buy just one toothpaste to avail of the offer.Otherwise it doesnt look like a good deal when I pay $1.79 for 2 toothpastes.

laura October 23, 2008 at 11:17 am

i am having the same problem finding the just for men rebate form…can someone help??

Theresa October 23, 2008 at 2:01 pm

From the coupons printed for Just For Men, which one can be used with the Touch of Gray? I didn’t think either of the two that printed matched up with the rebate offer/ECB offer. Thanks

Stacey October 23, 2008 at 6:46 pm
Beth October 23, 2008 at 8:35 pm

Theresa, The coupons might not say they are for the just for men gray, but they work. The cashier at my store scanned it and it came off.

Stacy October 26, 2008 at 3:28 pm

In the CVS ad that I got with today (Sunday’s) paper, there was a listing for a Breeze2 glucose monitor for $30, with a $30 mail in rebate. In the Sunday paper, there was a coupon for $30 off of the same monitor. The coupon made the monitor free at the store, with the possibility of $30 from the mail in rebate, and I’ll be putting the monitor on freecycle for someone who needs one.
November is National Diabetes Month, so there may be more deals like this coming.
