dumb question, but what is a peelie coupon?
A peelie is a coupon that is stuck on the product. Peel it off carefully (some tend to rip). Check the Pantene Expressions or Restoratives at your Target for these coupons. It’s reported that some stores do not have the $3/2 coupons on their bottles. Most peelie coupons are manufacturers coupons, but these particular coupons are Target coupons, and can be combined with mfr coupons for big savings!
Are the peelies on the bottles?
I saw them last night on the conditioner’s, but I didn’t have my coupons with me!
I may have to head to Target today just to get them! 
Yes, the peelies are right on the bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately, today is the last day for the $3/10 sale prices.
