I do not subscribe to the Sunday paper ~ mostly because I can get my news online and also environmental concerns.
Is there any way that people get the Sunday coupon inserts w/o getting the paper? (I know wierd question…)
I am assuming you mean newspaper inserts when you say ‘P&G insert’.

The Garnier rebate is only $3 on 2, not $5, so they will be .50 each. still a good deal.

Money Saving Mom here: Jenn, from what I understand, it’s $5 if you buy 3 as the scenario suggests. Someone correct me if I’m wrong, though.
I believe the Garnier is a month-long deal with several ‘layers’: $3 when you buy 2, $5 wyb 3. Because the shampoo, etx. is advertised this week as 2/$6, the weekly ad only listed the rebate if you purchase 2. It pays to check out the monthly rebate form before finalizing purchases!

If you want to go and get a third item, you should be able to get the extra rebate. Rite Aid normally requires the purchase in total for the month, not necessarily on one receipt. I’ve done this many times when multiple items get you more and one store only has a portion of the amount needed for the best rebate. I just go to a second store next to where I work and purchase the rest.

Emily from above – take advantage of your local library for q inserts. Mine allows me to take them after the wk is over. Some people take a page here or there but for the most part they’re fully intact. Besides it’s free and I’m at the library anyway.
