Whole Family flier at the front of the store.

Through September 26, 2008, you can use the $2/1 Revlon Beauty Tool coupon to get free emery boards and nail clippers (these are regularly $1.49-$1.89). You might also possibly get overage so be sure to buy enough extra so your total isn’t negative.
