Possibly some decent deals with Benadryl, Band-Aids and Neosporin, depending on how lucky you’ve been lately with your CRTs!

Covergirl website says in tomorrows paper there will be a BOGO coupon for any Covergirl Foundation. Would be a great coupon to use with the CVS deal this week! Two for free!

I bought the covergirl today for 5.49, but the ECB printed out for 5.79. That is a .30 profit just for buying it….woohoo!

There is a covergirl B1G1 foundation coupon in the PG packets….somehow I got the packets in the mail from PG. This would let you get two foundations free!

I bought the Arnicare Homeopathic Pain Relief Gel but at my CVS in FL it is no longer at $8.99 It was 8.99 last week but they were out. This week its back in and increased to $9.49 (increased like everything else every time you go back its more the next time.)
Still a good deal but just to let you know if you are searching for the item by price or don’t wan to pay that much, it may be more at you CVS now like it is at mine.

I cannot find the Arnicare Homeopathic Pain Relief Gel anywhere at CVS, and I’ve been to 3 of them. Anyone know what aisle this would be in? I thought it would be near the BenGay/Icy Hot type products, but no luck.

Could someone help me out with a question about coupons?
If I buy the B1G1 Revlon can I use 2 $2/1 coupons or just one?

This always confuses me, there are two items so I would assume that I could use two coupons but one is free with the sale. Please clarify for me.

Thanks, sorry if my question was confusing!

Some markets like MN received a different ad this week.

This deal:
Revlon Lipstick or Lip Gloss–on sale B1G1
Buy 2 and use 2 $2/1 coupons from the 7/20, 8/3, 8/24 or 9/14 SmartSource inserts
Free or very inexpensive after coupons and B1G1 deal

Was not a deal in PA anyway. My CVS has the lipstick and lipgloss for $7.99 B1G1 so even with the coupons, the cost is $3.99

I did get a “CVS Pharmacy store coupons big savings” flyer at the front of the store which had an additional $2 coupons for the Lady Speed stick clinical and many other coupons.

Ugh! we are a test market ad again this week! It stinks! Our ad is only about 8 pages and only had about half these deals. Do you think all the deals will work even if they are not in our ad? Why do they always do test markets in Ohio- plus we don’t get any of the good coupons!

use the Covergirl face BOGO coupon from a few weeks ago — get one free after ECBS and free with the coupon!

haven’t posted by transactions yet!

Amanda,

The Arnicare is usually kept behind the pharmacy counter, not on an aisle. You have to ask the pharmacist for it. And mine never carried it for $8.99, always $9.49.

Hope this helps!

I’m in Ohio and we got a crummy ad with only 3 ECB offers and hardly any sale items!

I hope this is ok to post on here, I just hate to see these get thrown away!

I read this blog all the time and am now a steady coupon clipper but I have several coupons which I will not be using. I do not have kids or a dishwasher so I have some Huggies, Pampers, Underjams, Goodnights, Playskool diaper, Cascade, Electrasol, and Jet-Dry coupons to give to someone who can use them. I also have a $5 off coupon for the breeze litter system as well as a form for a $10 mail in rebate on this system. These are extras as I have already purchased one for my cat Odie. There are also a few other random coupons in the stack as well. Who ever emails me first with their address can have all of these! My email is Strawberry587@aol.com

I’m in Chicago and our CVS ad has the CoverGirl BOGO 50% off instead of BOGO AND it excludes Clean makeup. That totally ruined the posted scenarios for me. Bummer.

There was a coupon in today’s paper here for $2 off 2 Stayfree items.

They were on sale for $3.69 and CVS has a monthly deal for $2 Extra Care Reward for each one bought.

So that’s an effective $.69 each when buying two.

I just bought 2 Colgate Maxfresh 6oz and no ECB’s printed. Anyone else having this problem?? The ad clearly states that it is included. Help!!

There is a Sept. monthly ECB deal – buy $15 of Christophe hair products get $5 ECB. These are on sale this week for $4.99. Does anyone know if you have to buy exactly $15 or more or do you think you could still get the ECBs with purchasing $14.97? Has anyone done this deal and know for sure?

Anna,

You have to buy $15.00 or more to get the ECBs, so go ahead and throw another product into your transaction. It really won’t work even if you’re only short 3 cents. Sorry!

25 One Mom, Five Kids September 29, 2008 at 12:33 pm

The CoverGirl coupon is any face product free wyb the foundation so you don’t have to get another foundation you can get any kind of face product you want, lip gloss, blush — anything. Also noticed there isn’t a max price on the coupon so there is no limit to how much the face product has to be.

can anyone tell me how the quarterly rewards works? I know that I’ll be getting back a good bit of money (per the website) but how is that given to me? Hoping it’s not just one ECB printed out!

Our CVS never even got the Arnicare in. I did find it in Phillipsburg, Pa, but it rang up at 9.49 even though the tag said 8.99. Needless to say the cashier was none to happy with me. Bye the time I left she was in a huff.

Also, To those that bought the Veet hair removal last week. Is it just me, or does it smell like a really bad perm. It about burnt my nose. :-)
