Aimee September 22, 2008 at 4:34 pm: Hi! I did this deal today and used some coupons. OUr local store is not doing the gift card promotion though. We got a free gallon of milk. That works for us though! I also picked up a box of Cocoa Puffs as a treat cereal and hid it in the basement!

Arlene September 23, 2008 at 6:14 pm: We just came back from Blimpie; ours was doing a 4″ sub (though a 3″ was what was advertised in the poster) and asking for a $1 donation for the Make-a-Wish foundation. The manager was actually very surprised that we asked about it as she said it hadn’t been very well advertised by the MAW foundation, and we were the first ones to mention it.
