Penny Pinching Diva has a preview up of all the coupons available in the October 24, 2008 issue of All You.
I didn’t see anything too out-of-this-world. The usual $1.50/1 Colgate coupon which should net some free or almost-free toothpaste with a sale. And the $0.50/1 Peter Pan peanut butter coupon would also be good if your store doubles and runs a sale on this in the next little while.
Did anyone see anything worth getting excited about?

Yes, I was so excited to see the $5 rebate for the Crockpot! I have ben looking to buy one for the last year, but never did. My pastor’s wife gave me one, but having 7 to feed, we now need 2 (one for meat, one for side dish or dessert or just to make enough to have leftovers). I think crockpots would also make nice wedding or Christmas gifts. And I would have loved to have gotten one of those for a baby shower gift, since my babies always got fussy while I was trying to make dinner…
The $1.50 Colgate coupon you can pair with the Walgreens Rebate. They have toothpaste, free after rebate so that $1.50 coupon would just be overage. That would almost pay for the All You Magazine.
No, I didn’t. Just the Colgate one. And they didn’t even have the Kotex one they normally have! =( I am so excited…My mother gave me a subscription for my birthday Friday for All You! YAY!
When do they put the new months issues in the Walmarts? Is it available now?
I’m giving away a 2yr subscription to this on my site, for anyone that’s interested.
I noticed after I bought the issue that they raised the cost – mine was 2.49 from walmart?
Hi I have just started getting all the deals from CVS and yesterday I went in to buy the lysol automatic air freshners because they were on sale from 12.99 to 9.99. I had $5.00 off coupons but was surprised to see that the boxes had $4.00 off NOW coupons on them so total cost was 99c, really good deal if you can find the boxes with the coupons on them, the cashier accepted both coupons with no problems

I was very dissappointed when I bought it yesterday. Lots of coupons but just none that I really think are worth much.
I actually thought I was buying the September issue that had some good ones so I was double bummed.
For anyone who is looking for a subscription to All you, I sell the magazine through my business. It is a subscription for 2 years for $19.95. No Tax. No Shipping. Just go to http://www.southernlivingathome.com/leahhudson and click on Our Products, How to Purchase and enter the name Sarah Dees for the Hostess. Then you can find the subscription. This is also good for a gift subscription for your couponing loved ones! Thanks!
