In Milwaukee WI, my Skippy coupon is $.75/2 and my Ragu coupon is $1.00/3. I’m not so lucky to get the ones you are talking about.

Hello! I just wanted to tell you that Walgreen’s also has the Bertolli Chicken Dinner for $5.99 (buy 2 get $5 RR).

(2) Bertolli Chicken Dinner=$11.98
*Use two $1.50 mc = $8.98
*Minus $5 RR, like paying $1.99 each

Not bad if you like this stuff? I got those coupons in the local paper, I can’t remember which insert it was, but it doesn’t expire until 10/04/08.

ALSO…..

If you need diapers or just like Pampers, they have them on sale for $9.49 (then buy 2 and get $2 RR)

(2) Pampers Jumbo Pack $9.49 each
*Use two $1.50 mc = $7.99 each
*Minus $2 RR, like paying $6.99 each

If you have some $2 mc (like I do) from signing up on the Pampers website (which they mailed to you), then you’ll be able to get these for $6.49 each.

I didn’t get any dove coupons at all this week. Most of my SS & Red Plum were ads and hardly any coupons at all. :(

Hi,

I was told Saturday at my Walgreens that they have a NEW policy and will only take one coupon on BOGOfree items? Is this true?

Thanks,

Miriam

The Bertolli coupon I have is for $1.25/1 and it’s from the 7/13RP. I love having these dinners on hand for those days when I am too tired to cook. (I’m 26wks pregnant)

I also didn’t see anyone mention that Wags has a LOT of items for only $.39 this week. Some of them are a decent deal.

I have some items for Office Depot on my blog. There are some from $.10 – .99 this week and a set of Sharpies that are free after rebate. (I LOVE Sharpies to use on freezer bags. They are the only ones I’ve been able to use that don’t smear!) I hope these school sales keep going for a few more weeks yet! :)

Hi Tasha,
The Pampers are not part of the RR offer. They are under the same colored bocx but there’s no RR for it.

I had the same problem with the skippy RR not printing. My husband ran for me, so he didn’t know to look for it and talk to the manager about it. Still it isn’t too bad. Still frustrating.

Mercedes,

I called my local Walgreen’s to check and see if the $2 RR would print when you buy 2 or more Pampers, and they said they thought it would and everything on pg. 14-15 up top highlighted in blue should also print out a $2 RR when you buy 2+. ??? Hehe My Walgreen’s change their story every other day… so we I guess I will find out when I go to buy them tonight! I’ll let you know though, I hope its true because any money saved on diapers is a big help! :)

I tried to do the Skippy/Ragu deal. I used 3 manufacturers coupons ($1 off 2) and bought 4 Skippys and 2 Ragus. Only $1.50 in RR printed up (instead of $4 for the 6 or more items.) I asked about it and she brought the manager over. The manager said you have to pay full price in order to get the RRs so b/c I used 3 coupons, I was only credited for 3 items. Anyone else ever heard this? I KNOW I have used manufacturer coupons for all my items before and still qualified for RRs. I said the but she said it’s always been their policy. It was still a decent deal but it could have been a GREAT deal. (Of course while I’m talking to the manager my two older kids tried to join my youngest in the little cart and managed to make a very nice scene!)

Both my dove coupons did go through which I wasn’t sure about! That made me happy!

I did not get the Sara Lee coupons in OKC, but I did get the Skippy ones, for whatever reason.

As for Wags coupon issues, apparently it varies by employee. The store MANAGER at the one near me does not know what to do when it beeps, and is not willing to override anything. He gave me the same trouble over using coupons when redeeming a RR on the Neosporin last week. So I made him void it. Next trans with Coupons and Band-aids with a RR to redeem, no problem. It took it all, I paid $0.11 and got back my $3 RR for this purchase. I pointed this out to him, and all he would say is “I don’t know what to do when it beeps”. He and I have been round and round with his District Manager. The other employees at the same store just override most everything, so it just depends on the knowledge of who is helping you.

The pantene is a money maker. 2 shampoos or conditioners for $4 each. Buy 2 get $3 RR. Then get $5.99 in Easy Saver rebate making it a $.99 money maker and more if you get a GC.

I’m pretty sure you have to buy 6 of the same item to get the full RRs back. I got 6 Skippy today and used three $1.00/2 (wasn’t the 0.60/1, I’m thinking that was for the Ragu) and got the $4 RRs back, in McKinney, TX. If yours does not print, talk to the manager. Mine usually give me cash if it doesn’t work.

Forgot to mention… my neighborhood CVS stores are no longer accepting two coupons for B1G1 deals either! I was bummed. Things are changing, I believe, because more and more people are catching the coupon wave! You may be able to get a great cashier who works it out for you anyway, if you’re lucky.

My walgreens would only let me use 1 coupon on a bogo item also, they don’t like to let me use coupons, something always messes up and they call the manager who HATES customers with coupons! Frustrating.

I actually got a cashier who asked me when I was through with a deal where I saved about $40 (and paid $.06) where I was getting my coupons and information. She wrote down this website and said she was excited to check it out. I hope I get her again next time I go!

I found another Dove hair care coupon for $1.50 that isn’t expired yet, in the 6/8 Red Plum; that’s in addition to the $2 one that I also found in an 8/17 insert. I live in Illinois.

I bought 6 jars of Skippy and used 2 of the $1/2 coupons. I got 1.50 in RR. I asked about it, and the manager said that if you use coupons, you get less RR. This doesn’t make sense to me (actually, I think it’s incorrect), but what can you do? I didn’t complain, because I also bought 5 of the Prep H, so I am feeling plenty blessed with good deals.

This month I spent $18.20 at Walgreen’s – some on rebate items, some not. I used a LOT of coupons. So far, my EasySaver rebate will be $23.95!!

I have a question…I did the deal that Crystal listed last week for 4 Hershey’s Bliss, using 4 manufacturers coupons. My total before coupons was $16 and after ES coupons and Manufacturers coupons, my total was $4.85 and I submitted it for the ESR for $5 off $10 Hershey’s. It seems they have denied it. It doesn’t even show other than the checked box and it doesn’t list the $5 anywhere. Is it because my total was lower than $10 after coupons? What can I do to get the $5 rebate now? I’m very new to this and need some advice.
Thank you.
