A few more deals for Walgreens this week:
Bounty basic paper towels are on sale until the July 26th for $0.99. Some areas got a coupon recently in an insert for $1/1 any Bounty paper towels. Use it on these to get them free!
Cutter bug repellant 1 oz. bottles are on sale 2 for $3.00 this week. Use $1/1 coupon from the 06/15 insert and combine that with 2 $1/1 coupons from the July EasySaver catalog to get two bottles for free!

What is the EasySaver Catalog and where can I find it?

Just a heads up to those considering the Bounty Basic deal. Make sure you like them before you stock up! I got a multipack of them a while ago and we all thought they were terrible. But even they have their uses — i sent them to the garage with DH!
You only need 1 easy saver coupon per transaction, like with the cutter deal. It will automatically take the correct amount off every item in the order/transaction. Also you can use 2 1.00/1 mfg cpns for overage on the deal; just make sure you give the mfg coupons before the walgreens coupon so it will not beep.
My apologies to everyone on the incorrect deal I had posted here earlier for the Hershey’s bars. Two people had confirmed it working for them, so I hadn’t thoroughly checked it out myself. Thanks for the corrections; I’ve fixed the post.
Turtle is right, make sure you try the Bounty Basic paper towels before you buy a bunch. In my opinion they are awful! I got the 8 pack from CVS when they were paying ECBs, and they were a severe disappointment. Very thin and weak. Not really worthy of the Bounty name.
I was at Walgreens yesterday and that had a most of their summer items at least 1/2 off. There are $5 rebates on a couple of types of outdoor folding chairs, and our store had them clearanced at $5, so they were free. Also, Our store had a sign for a free razor (I can’t remember which brand, but they were clearly marked)if you bought Dove clear deodorant (which was part of the buy 5, get $6 rr from unilever). So I got credit for the 2 deodorants and 2 $3.00 razors.
Just a friendly heads up…I tried to work several deals at my Walgreen’s and much to my diappointment the manager informed me that if their product was on sale I could not use a coupon on top of it! And that I could only use 1 coupon per transaction regardless of the number of items. Shocker!!! So I would triple check your local stores policy before trying to score there. I guess it varies from location to location. I think simply doesn’t understand his own policy..back to cvs for me!!

Money Saving Mom here: Tiffany, you need to put in a polite call to Walgreens corporate today. What your manager told you was definitely not correct and is certainly not in line with Walgreens corporate coupon policy. Put a polite call in and explain what you were told and I am guessing you’ll get things quickly straightened out.
There are certain things that stores can choose to set their own rules on, but not allowing you to use coupons when an item is on sale or only allowing you to use one coupon per your entire transaction are not one of them.

The easy saver catalogue is next to the weekly sales ad probably in the front of your store. It has coupons and rebate forms in it.
Cutter bug spray doesn’t work. A veritable Cutter bath that I had some days ago was insufficient to prevent me from getting many mosquito bites.
This deal might not be worth your time. My I suggest “Off!”? There were coupons for it in a recent newspaper insert.
The chocolate wasn’t free
So sad. And I couldn’t find the tiny cutter bottles and the paper towels were only $.59 each so they wouldn’t take my $1 coupons! But I got two boxes of Kotex tampons for only $3 (after register rewards and $1 coupon) and some more free shampoo and conditioner. Plus they had all their summer swimming things marked down to at least 50% off. Lots and lots of new markdowns, especially in the baby eisles.
