I actually bought two of the 4.99 products, then when I realized I didn't get the 5 ECBs back, I talked to the manager and he was very helpful. He tried to add one cent to each item, didn't work. So, he used an extra $5 coupon since he didn't think we should have to pay more to get the bucks when it's only a penny off, and I ended up with $5 cash from his register!
