Target: A few more deals

by crystal on June 6, 2008

Thanks to Jan for sending me this $2.50/1 Luvs diapers Target coupon. This coupon can be stacked with a manufacturer’s coupon for more savings. Also, most Wal-Marts will accept this coupon; Luvs diapers are less expensive there so you might consider using it at Wal-Mart instead of Target.

Target also just released a $5/2 coupon on Pampers wipes and diapers. Since it is a Target coupon, you can also combine it with the $2/2 manufacturer’s coupon which came out in Sunday’s insert.

If you don’t have a CVS store, this is a pretty good price for a jumbo pack of wipes and diapers:

*Deal*
Buy 1 Pampers jumbo pack at $8.99
Buy 1 wipes bag/box at $5.99
Use 1 $2/2 manufacturer’s coupon from 6/1 insert
Use 1 $5/2 Target coupon
$7.98 for both

Thanks, Mercedes!

And a few more deals from Wendy:

Lea & Perrins Worchestire Sauce is on sale for $1.79.  Click here to use this $1/1 Target coupon.  Combine with the .55 /1 coupon from the Sunday paper insert.  Final price is .24!

Thanks to Charlene for letting us know that Colgate Total is priced at 2.44 (regular price)- with the $1 Target coupon and a $1.50 MQ it is free! The manufacturer coupons can be found all over- last week’s insert, this month’s All You etc..

Thanks to Michelle for reminding me that Organix Shampoo is free after rebate with the manufacturer’s form hanging on the bottle.

See all Target deals for this week here.

The coupon is $2.50/2, not off one. Still a great deal since a couple months ago I was paying full Target price for these babies.

Last weekend I bought 2 packs of Colgate that have 2 toothpaste in 1 pack that cost at least $3.00 (I think) so I use Tgt coupon $1 and macf coupon $1.50 to pay approx 50 cents each pack. I will go back and stock up more plus other things too. I love to stack the coupons with their coupons to help save some money!! :-)

That Target coupon can be used at Wal-mart? For sure? Because I need Pampers and don’t live near a Target or a CVS. Can someone verify this for me?

Our local Maryland Walmart won’t let us use another store’s coupon (it won’t let you use a Target coupon to get the price listed in their advertisement). A local grocery store had cereal for $1/box but you had to use their coupon listed in the ad. One Walmart (20 minutes away) said they wouldn’t match a grocery store advertisement (which is not true) and the other Walmart (10 minutes away) wouldn’t match it because of the coupon listed in the ad. I LOVE Walmart but feel that sometimes the managers choose their answers to benefit them instead of finding out what the policy actually is. I plan on printing out Walmart’s coupon policies on hotcouponworld.com and taking it with me to Walmart the next time I price match an item.

Does anybody use the Similac Advanced formula? The Target near me had 30oz. cans on clearance for $18.20 dated 1Feb2011. I think they were trying to get rid of the “Speacial Size” ones that they had left over from a month or so ago. I bought five of them today – wish I had room for more! It beats the $29+ for 35oz. at BJs/Sam’s Club!

I use Similac Next Step now and the best deal by far is to get the $3/1 peelies off cans (I always see these at target) and stack it with a $5/20 at Walgreens. We did this 5x during the last $5 off day and to pay $12 for a can is amazing. Once you get through the Target cans maybe you can try that although I have seen that clearance price at target before- seems like its every few months.

I don’t know about anyone else, but we bought the Organix shampoo and sent in the rebate back in February and we still have not received the check for $6.99. Did anybody else receive the rebate?

We ran by Target this evening to find a swim suit for our 8yo. We didn’t get a suit, but 3 tubes toothpaste, 2 bags cat food, card of hair clippies, some workout pants that were on clearance AND 3 travel packs of Butt Paste, grand total $8.50! Oh, I’m lovin it!
