Also, there is a $5 off coupon for a signiture oil change at jiffe lube. I wonder if we can combine these deals.

Crystal - what are the ethics of a rebate like the Dawn Foam form? I mean, it is extremely tempting to just mail in for a refund. But, shouldn't it be because we don't like it? I've seen several of these lately - would you address something like this in a future post? Understand, I am not questioning that this is posted here - I am one of those consumers who is trying to understand ethically how to handle these kinds of rebates.

Money Saving Mom here:

Good question, Monica. My advice is to take it at face value: Dawn has made a promise that you'll love this product, guaranteed. If you buy it (or have bought it) and don't love it, then I think you can ethically send in for the rebate. Since they are making it so easy to do and making the guarantee themselves, the burden of proof is on them.

Now, if you buy it and love it, then, obviously, don't send in the form. :)

I haven't bought this yet, but if I do find a good deal on it soon, I'd be more apt to do so knowing that if I wasn't thrilled with the product, I could mail in for a refund.

The Dawn Direct foam rebate is not a mail in rebate but a rebate that should be used if you are NOT happy with your purchase.
