If you buy it (or have bought it) and don't love it, then I think you can ethically send in for the rebate. Since they are making it so easy to do and making the guarantee themselves, the burden of proof is on them. Now, if you buy it and love it, then, obviously, don't send in the form. :) I haven't bought this yet, but if I do find a good deal on it soon, I'd be more apt to do so knowing that if I wasn't thrilled with the product, I could mail in for a refund.
