I don't think the Starbucks promotion is happening in MT, but when I called one of our local stores to ask, the manager offered to give my husband and I free samples anyway. Yay!

Anyone else in the STL area having problems printing the McDonald's coupon? We got through the survey and to the part that says "download coupon" but the pdf file won't open. Huh.

Me again. I think the "cat for the summer offer" is a great idea. When my daughter's friend found this very tiny kitten in the woods by her home (she couldn't keep it bec. her rental clause restricted pets), she called the local animal shelter who told her they already had too many kittens. My dau. brought it here. We were unable to find a home for it and so was "stuck" with it.(My dau. was in college and did not live at home.) Last week my neighbor called to say she had a friend who was interested in getting an adult cat and was ours still up for adoption? At this point we were surprised to realize that after 18mo. of bonding, we were attached to him and did not want to let him go.

So...if you take a cat for the summer, don't be surprised if you are attached to it by fall. If you aren't, it is great to know that you have a good , safe place to return it.

Thanks to Money Saving Mom, I have saved $$ on cat food (and dog food -another rescue story) with links she has posted to great coupons and freebies. Thank you MSM.
