Somewhow I think I may still have gotten cheap milk out of the deal since I used a $3/$15 coupon and a $1 MQ, too. Still I would have liked to have the face wash. The cream cleanser that looks similar does not work. Were all 4 of your items exactly the same? You could just return the 2 that did not print ecbs, or you could call customer service to get them to print the missing ecb. Melanie,
