This site has so many articles that I would like to read. I am going to bookmark it. I have a daughter that is 4 and a half. Thanks for the information.

Wow! This is just what I have been looking for. I am homeschooling my children over the summer (ages 2 and 4) and this has given me a great resource to see where they are, especially the gifted part as my 4 year old is reading at nearly a 3rd grade level. Thank you!

I love the art section. This store is great! If I don’t win something I will probably go and find something that I love!!

I scanned the preschool activities and found some new things to do with my son. I found their headings to be a little confusing – they may want to consider drop-down menus when you hover over the tabs. Some tabs had a further break down, some didn’t. It made me feel like I may be missing something. Just a thought.

I had no idea this site existed! I’m a new reader to Money Savings Mom and in the two days I’ve sub’d I’ve gotten a whole lot of info, including this new site! I love all the resources but especially the age appropriate sections since I have two different ages of children!

This is a nice website. It has a lot of information about preschoolers, which is helpful to me because I have two of them. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out my 3 year old! They discuss academic, social, and developmental aspects of a 3 year old. I can get inside her brain a little!

And well offer #2 would be amazing at home !! Thank you for this opportunity & Thank you for showing me a site; that I probably never would of know existed!!!

I like that they have a way to find out about all the schools it’s nice to know about in case we have to relocate.

I really liked the site–Great info on activities for my oldest son but I would have loved to see more info geared to the education of younger children –that area seemed a bit weaker than that for school aged children. Overall it is an excellent site!

My mother goes to this site all the time. She is a Preschool teacher and loves it!

We have the Cranium Super Fort and love it. (Cranium rocks!)

My first impression of the landing page of Education.com is that it’s too busy, too many words. I didn’t know where to focus my attention. I would recommend they simply the homepage with links to other pages that contain the info they’ve crammed into the main page.

I found their 2nd grade reading targets to be helpful. This is just the information I am looking for, as I am continuing to homeschool my daughter in 2nd next year. She seems to be a great reader, and I’m having trouble figuring out exactly what my objectives are, as the curriculum seems too simple for her. But their article on “2nd Grade: What happens” helped me see some of the mechanics of what continues in 2nd grade. Thanks!

brenda May 30, 2008 at 10:09 pm

This is a neat site. I will bookmark it and use thier asctivities to keep my kids busy during the summer. Brenda

My husband is a teacher and I am going to tell him about this sight. I think it is very informational for parents and teachers. I liked that there were things for every age group but I thought that it was just a sight that sold educational toys. Thanks for the information!

misty w May 30, 2008 at 10:23 pm

I love the fact that their site has a gift guide. Thanks so much for the opportunity.

Michelle Rines May 30, 2008 at 10:30 pm

I love this site! As an educator and a mother I am constantly looking for ways to help my daughter grow both emotional and mentally. I think it’s great that this site seperates the two concepts and offers articles and information galore about topics within these categories. The activities described on the page sound great and I already have some ideas set out for summer. Sign me up for the drawing!

Rebecca R May 30, 2008 at 10:39 pm

Wow!!! What a lot of info on this site! I spent some time looking through the sections on chores and money management and felt like I had “barely scratched the surface”, so bookmarked it to come back again later.

Sandra Sullivan May 30, 2008 at 10:53 pm

My daughter is beginning to homeschool her 5 and 3 yr olds, and I am excited about helping with this venture. Your web-site offers wonderful information for the homeschooling family.

Heidi W May 30, 2008 at 10:54 pm

I read the bullying article in the middle year section… good info to refresh as my little guy just turned 7 and may be dealing with a little of this already… will be watching for the warning signs now.
