		<description>Thanks so much for this post.  It&#039;s encouraging to hear that I&#039;m not the only one who thinks that maybe a Stay-At-Home-Mom should actually . . . stay at home more often.  In addition to clearing up your list of things to do, it also saves on gas.  I mainly get out to take my son for a walk in an area a little bit safer than where we live, or to go to our community garden plot six miles away where we&#039;re trying to grow organic veggies &amp; herbs (we live in an apartment).

I also try to consolidate grocery shopping to one day a week, and to hit stores within a couple of miles of us.  It saves gas, and generally the stores will have what we need.
