I always have problems printing bricks and smartsource coupons from IE and from Firefox (I think because I am printing at work and there is a firewall blocking whatever is necessary for their coupon printer to work). This time I turned my security settings to low and I got “there was a problem printing your coupon click here to request coupon by mail” button (it appears at the top of the page, above the Install instructions), so at least I’ll get my coupon eventually!
